We use your photos to create a personalized 3D design made specifically for your order.
03 — Preview & Approve
See your figurine before we print it. Approve the design or request your included correction.
04 — We 3D Print It
Once you approve your design, we prepare your figurine for production and carefully 3D print it.
05 — Carefully Packed
Your finished figurine is carefully checked and securely packed to protect it during delivery. Every order is prepared with care.
06 — Delivered to You
Your ZAIGRA is shipped to your address, ready to become a gift, a keepsake or something made just for you.

Review your personalized design and check the details that matter to you. Your preview is created specifically for your order and accessed through your private review link.
Nothing is printed until you approve it.
One Correction Included
If something needs adjusting, you can request one reasonable correction before printing. We’ll update the design and send you a new preview for approval.
Once you approve your final design, we begin production. Changes are no longer possible after printing has started.

Upload 1–3 clear photos where the person or pet is easy to see. Photos from different angles can help us understand the important features and details. Natural lighting and unfiltered photos usually provide the best reference.
Yes. You’ll receive a private review link when your personalized design is ready. Nothing goes to print until you approve the final design.
One reasonable correction before printing is included with your order. You can request the change directly through your private review page. A completely different pose, outfit or concept may be treated as a new design.
Your photos are used as reference to create a recognizable personalized 3D design. Because of the artistic process, available filament colors and the limitations of 3D printing, some very small details, colors or features may be simplified.
Standard Production takes up to 5 working days and Express Production up to 3 working days. Time spent waiting for your approval, correction or additional information is not included. Delivery time is separate.
