These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through ZAIGRA and explain how personalized orders, payments, design approval, production and delivery are handled.

1. About ZAIGRA
ZAIGRA provides personalized 3D figurines created from photographs, information and instructions supplied by the customer.

2. Our Personalized Products
ZAIGRA figurines are individually created for each customer.
The appearance of your figurine is based on the photographs and information you provide, the selected product and style, and the technical possibilities of the design and 3D-printing process.
Because our figurines are artistic 3D interpretations of photographs, minor differences between photographs, digital previews and the finished physical product may occur.
Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, screens, available printing materials and the characteristics of the 3D-printing process.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order, choose your figurine, select the available options and upload the requested photographs.
Please provide clear photographs and accurate information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the photographs and information submitted with your order are suitable for us to use and that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide them.
If we need additional information or better photographs before we can create your figurine, we may contact you.
4. Payment
All ZAIGRA orders must be paid in advance.
Cash on delivery is not available.
The total price displayed during checkout includes the product and standard delivery where stated.
Any optional services or upgrades, such as Express Production, will be shown separately before payment.
We will not add an undisclosed standard shipping charge after you place your order.
5. Creating Your Design
After receiving your order, payment and the necessary photographs and information, we begin creating your personalized 3D design.
The design is created specifically for your order.
Production times shown on our website refer to our production process and do not include periods during which we are waiting for photographs, information, design approval or a requested correction from you.
6. Preview & Approval
Before printing your personalized figurine, we provide a digital preview of the design.
You can either:
Approve the design, allowing us to proceed with printing;
or
Request a correction, subject to the correction policy below.
Please review your preview carefully before approving it.
Once you approve the design and production begins, further design changes are no longer possible.
7. Included Correction
Each personalized figurine includes one correction before printing.
The included correction covers reasonable adjustments to the existing design based on the original photographs and instructions supplied with the order.
A request that substantially changes the original concept — such as a completely different pose, clothing, style or design — may be considered a new concept rather than a correction.
If additional work requires an extra charge, we will inform you before carrying it out.
No additional paid work will be performed without your agreement.
8. Production Times
Our standard production options are:
Standard Production — up to 5 working days
Express Production — up to 3 working days
Where Express Production is selected, the applicable additional charge is displayed before checkout.
Production time and courier delivery time are separate.
Periods during which we are waiting for customer approval, additional information or other required customer action do not count toward the stated production period.
9. Orders Containing Multiple Figurines
Each personalized figurine in an order is reviewed and approved separately.
If an order contains both Standard and Express Production figurines, the complete order may be shipped together once all figurines are ready.
Where available, you may be offered the option to upgrade eligible Standard Production figurines to Express Production.
10. Delivery
Standard delivery is included in the product price for supported destinations unless clearly stated otherwise before checkout.
Available countries and delivery options are shown during the ordering process.
Delivery times are separate from production times and may vary depending on the destination, courier and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that the delivery information supplied with your order is correct.
11. Personalized Products & Right of Withdrawal
ZAIGRA figurines created from customer photographs and specifications are personalized products made specifically for the individual customer.
Under applicable consumer law, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

12. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
We carefully inspect and package each figurine before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you believe it does not correspond to your approved design or order, please contact:
Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product and, where relevant, its packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
13. Customer Photos & Content
Photographs submitted to ZAIGRA are used for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your personalized order and providing related customer service.
You must not submit photographs or other material that you do not have the right or permission to use.
Uploading a photograph does not transfer ownership of that photograph to ZAIGRA.

14. Intellectual Property
The ZAIGRA name, website content, graphics, branding and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a personalized figurine does not transfer ownership of ZAIGRA’s website, branding, software, production processes or other proprietary materials.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using, displaying or gifting the physical figurine you purchased for normal personal purposes.
15. Product Images & Examples
Photographs and renders shown on our website may include examples of previously created designs, demonstrations or illustrative product presentations.
Because each personalized figurine is individually created, your finished product will be unique.
Example images should therefore be understood as representations of the product style rather than a guarantee that every figurine will look identical.
16. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Occasionally, production or delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, equipment failures, supply interruptions or other unexpected events.
If such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and minimise the delay.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, website or applicable requirements.
The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when you place your order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Governing Law & Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Bulgarian law.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable EU and national law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
